    Where can I find my username and password on file?

    Please contact the UFT Providers Grant Program at 212-598-9511 (Monday to Friday between 11am to 5pm) to get your username and password.


  • What does “Not Found” mean?

    Your username or password was not found in the database. Please contact the UFT Providers Grant Program at 212-598-9511 (Monday to Friday between 11am to 5pm) to update your status.


  • What does “Already Registered” mean?

    Your username and password has already been used to register for this grant. Only one grant is available per qualified provider. Please do not share your username and password with anyone else.


  • What does “Not Selected” mean?

    You have not been selected for this particular grant. Your name does not appear on the ACS database file at this time.

  • Is your home address up to date with the records on file?

  • What if I don’t have a phone?

    Please provide any phone number where we can attempt to reach you or leave you a message.


  • What if I don’t have an email address?

    Having an email address will make the registration process faster and you can begin using your grant sooner. If you do not have an email address or access to the internet, please fill out the included attestation form and mail it back to the UFT.

    What if I am not caring for an Infant or Toddler?

    You do not have to be caring for an Infant or Toddler to be qualified for this grant.


  • What if I am not a registered day care provider, or licensed group or a network provider or legally exempt provider?

    You do not qualify for this grant at this time.


  • Where can I find my Legally Exempt Enrollment number?

    You will find your Enrollment Number in your WHEDco Enrollment Packet.
